e-Statement Download is broken

You don't seem to understand.  I'm not asking for your help.  I won't be calling you.  I'm giving you advice about something of yours that is broken.  It's free advice, intended to help you.  You may take it, or leave it.

Your e-statement system is broken.  Each time I download an e-statement
from SABBNET, the system kicks me out after downloading the document.  I
get the following error message as soon as I try to click on another link
or download another e-statement.

The SABBNET service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later or
contact us for assistance

To be clear, I can download 1 statement fine.  Then I get kicked out.
Every time.  For the past 6 months at least, and I've tried it on multiple
computers, browsers, and operating systems.  Please check it out...
