Thank-you for helping me choose a logo for Appcast.  The polarity of comments and ratings helped to key in on the strengths and weaknesses of the entries, even though it was clear that not everybody saw things the same way.  Thanks to the feedback you provided, I opted for an entry that avoided "cliches" and other design elements that were the most heavily criticised.  The chosen design stays true to the design brief, and is suitably simple yet distinctive.  The icon works well for an application menu or taskbar, and even abstractly represents "an appcast" (whatever that is, right?)
